At Hoss Boot, we stand behind the durability and fit of our footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the boots in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
